Joel Embiid Should be Considered an MVP Candidate
It is only January and a lot of people are talking about either James Harden or Giannis Antetokounmpo to win the MVP, but what about Joel Embiid?
Kane surprised the entire WWE Universe when he returned to WWE on 26th June 2018 episode of SmackDown. He came to the aid of Daniel Bryan, who was getting hammered by the Bludgeon Brothers. It reunited team Hell No and they are scheduled to face the Bludgeon brothers at the Extreme Rules PPV for the SmackDown Tag Team Championship.
This was a good return on the part of Kane, who was out of WWE for quite some time. However, WWE should not waste his potentials and should capitalize on his strengths. Kane is an amazing competitor and he deserves proper story-lines and roadmaps to project his upcoming career.
Here, in this article, we have figured out five possible roadmaps, which would not only help Kane to shape his career trajectory but would also entertain the WWE Universe at the same time. The creative team of WWE along with the WWE management, should try and follow any of this five possibilities for Kane.
Below are the five possible roadmaps for Kane.
5. New United States Champion
Kane is a former WWE Champion, ECW Champion and World Heavyweight Champion in WWE. He has also held titles like Hardcore Championship, Intercontinental Championship, and the Tag Team Championship. Kane is also the winner of 2010 SmackDown Money in the Bank Ladder match. He is a recipient of the prestigious Slammy Award in the WWE. However, there exists one blot in his career. He has never won the United States Champion in the WWE. Kane can thus feud with Jeff Hardy for the US title.
These two wrestlers have a lot of history between them. They have feuded and competed against one another several time in the past. They fought in several matches under special stipulations. Both Hardy and Kane love to bring the best out of one another. Therefore, this rivalry is a must for the WWE management.
Kane and Jeff Hardy can turn any pedestrian match into an unconventional one. While Hardy loves to go 'extreme', Kane believes in annihilating his opponents. Therefore, Kane and Hardy feuding over the US title could send jitters to the WWE Universe. This match would be enthralling to watch.
4. Feud with Samoa Joe
Even though Kane has faced and defeated several players in his career, there is one wrestler he has not faced. He is none other than Samoa Joe. A match between these two monsters would be an epic clash to look out for.
Both these players are former World Champions. Joe and Kane have a very different style of wrestling. Both these players have not enjoyed much spotlight in the recent past. Thus, a rivalry between both of them could put their career back on track.
These two players are gifted athletes and have the ability to turn any match into a dream competition. Therefore, WWE should try and make this rivalry happen at the earliest.
3. Feud with Daniel Bryan
Even though Kane saved Bryan from the attacks of the Bludgeon Brothers, the creative team of WWE could put some twist in the tale and make Kane attack Bryan. This could open up new story-lines and would be absolutely interesting to watch. It has been a long time since we witnessed a villainous Kane. Therefore, this would be a perfect fit for Kane's on-screen character.
Bryan and Kane have feuded in the past and the WWE Universe has loved their rivalry. Both the players can main-event several shows and headline PPV's. Therefore, if Kane decides to go against his partner at the Extreme Rules PPV, it could boost the rating and TRP of the PPV. The WWE management could possibly try out this roadmap for Kane.
2. Win the SmackDown Tag Team Championship
This has happened in the past, and this should happen again. The team of Kane and Daniel Bryan is one of the most entertaining Tag Team, that the WWE Universe has ever witnessed. Both the players are highly contrasting to one another in terms of size, agility, and almost everything. However, they proved in the past that could become the WWE Tag Team Champions.
At Extreme Rules PPV, Team Hell No is scheduled to face The Bludgeon Brothers for the SmackDown Tag Team Championship. It would be 'best for business' if WWE decides to crown Team Hell-No as the new Tag Team Champions. Both of these players have the ability to defeat anyone and everyone. This would be good for both Kane and Daniel Bryan. Both of them have not won any Championship belt for quite some time. Thus, they should become the next Tag Team Champion in SmackDown.
1. Feud with Aj Styles
AJ Styles is the current WWE Champion on SmackDown. The 'phenomenal' one is undoubtedly one of the best wrestlers, that the pro-wrestling fraternity has ever witnessed. He has defeated wrestlers across the globe and has been a champion worldwide. However, Styles has never faced the 'demonic' Kane.
Kane can feud AJ Styles for the WWE title. Even though Rusev is the number one contender currently, but WWE could utilize Kane and start a rivalry between him and Styles. Both these players are world class athletes and can put up wonderful story-lines. It would be good from WWE's viewpoint as it would garner high viewership. Therefore, this would be beneficial for both Kane, AJ Styles and also for the WWE Universe.
