DFS NHL: Stack Em Up February 7, 2018

With only 3 games on tonight’s slate, 1 top stack and 1 top goalie will be discussed, and 1 sleeper stack and 1 sleeper goalie will be listed.

Top Line Stacks

Los Angeles Kings

Kopitar($7,200 FD, $6,800 DK) –Toffoli($5,600 FD, $5,100 DK)- Doughty($5,800 FD, $5,900 DK) Tonight’s top NHL stack are the LA Kings. The Kings face the Oilers tonight, who they have dominated in previous matchups. LA is 7-3 in their last 10 matchups vs Edmonton, while averaging 3.40 goals per game. Talbot has had a poor season so far, recording a 3.10 GAA in 40 games started. In Talbot’s only game vs the Kings this season, he gave up 5 goals allowed. Kopitar is having an outstanding season, as he has 55 points in 52 games played, and is one of the top centers in the NHL. Doughty is one of the top fantasy defensemen in the NHL, and plays a ton of minutes. In the only game this season vs Edmonton, Kopitar recorded 2 assists and Toffoli recorded 1 assist. All 3 are on the first power play unit, which further increases their chance to produce points. Look for LA to score 3+ goals, and Kopitar, Toffoli, and Doughty should be able to produce points.

Sleeper Stack:
New York Rangers
Nash($6,600 FD, $5,000 DK)- Zibanejad($6,400 FD, $5,300 DK) - Zuccarello($5,900 FD, $4,900 DK)

Jonathan Quick ($8,700 FD, $7,700 DK)
Jonathan Quick is tonight’s top goalie option vs the Oilers. In his only game this season vs Edmonton, Quick shut the Oilers out. Quick may go lower owned tonight, as he has given up 5 goals in each of the last two games, and has not been his usual dominant self lately. This could be a good bounce back spot for Quick, at home vs the Oilers. The goalie options tonight all carry risk, so Quick seems to be in the best spot to do well. Look for LA to get the win tonight, and for Quick to bounce back and provide the win.

Sleeper Goalie:
Anton Khudobin ($8,500 FD, $8,200 DK)
