NFL Week 11 Predictions and Bold Predictions
With the playoff chase heating up, who will win and lost this week's games? What are the bold predictions?
The Los Angeles Lakers will start their season on the road tonight against the Portland Trail Blazers. They have not made it to the postseason since the 2011-2012 season. Lebron James will also be making his debut with the Lakers tonight.
He has spent the past four seasons with the Cleveland Cavaliers. James has been to the finals for the past eight years and he won three titles. Two of them were with the Miami Heat in 2012 and 2013 and one of them was with the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2016.
It will be a tougher task for him to get to the finals in the west this season. The Golden State Warriors are loaded. The Los Angeles Lakers know they won't be in the finals this season.
This season will be more of a learning process for the Los Angeles Lakers. They did win 35 games last season and they should win 12-15 more games this season with Lebron James on board.
Kyle Kuzma, Lonzo Ball, Brandon Ingram, and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope will most likely be the other starters on the floor. Rajon Rondo, Michael Beasley, Lance Stephenson, and Josh Hart will be some key players off the bench for the Lakers.
Lebron James is here to help these players grow into better players, but he hopes to win a title at least once during his four years here.
A lot of people think this is a better supporting than the one he had in with the Cleveland Cavaliers last season.
With all of that in mind, what should we expect in Lebron James's debut tonight with the Los Angeles Lakers? He will probably play 30-35 minutes, but maybe he will play less. Head Coach Luke Walton doesn't want to exert him when he doesn't need to. Walton claimed in a statement that he is thinking long term with Lebron and not short term as well. This is Lebron James's 16th season in the NBA.
Will Lebron also go for more than 27 points tonight? If he does, it will break Kareem Abdul-Jabbar's record of most points in a Lakers debut.
I bet it is also Lebron's goal to win the MVP Award this season. He hasn't won the MVP since the 2012-2013 season. Lebron James could win the award every year, but that isn't the case. A lot of people think he will win the MVP award and he is still the best player in the world at the moment. That title could belong to Kevin Durant or Anthony Davis soon. Playing in purple and gold will be a whole new scene for Lebron James.
