Do the Warriors Have the Best Starting Five Ever?
The Golden State Warriors got DeMarcus Cousins back from injury. Does he addition to the roster make them the best starting five ever?
Tonight brings a massive 11 game slate in the NHL. The way to take down a GPP is to stack lines or take two guys on a line and take a defenceman with them on a team. Below, two top stacks are discussed, and one sleeper stack is mentioned, to help fit in the top stack. Goalies are crucial in DFS NHL, as you want a goalie to get the win. Two goalies are discussed below as well, and one sleeper goalie is listed.
Top Line Stacks
Laine($7,500 FD, $7,300 DK) – Wheeler($7,100 FD, $7,400 DK)- Roslovic($3,500 FD, $4,700 DK)
Winnipeg comes in as the top stack of the night vs Arizona. In the last 10 games vs Arizona, Winnipeg is 7-3, while averaging 3.50 goals per game. Winnipeg is near the top of the league in goals scored, while Arizona has given up the second most goals allowed this season. Blake Wheeler is among the league leaders in points, with 58 points in 53 games played. Laine, Wheeler and Roslovic are on the first power play unit, which increases their chance to produce points. Winnipeg should be able to score 3+ goals tonight vs Arizona, and continue their dominance against them. This line should be able to have a multi point night. It is possible they are a bit popular tonight given their matchup, but that should not get you off this stack.
Boston Bruins Heinen($4,500 FD, $5,200 DK)-Bergeron($8,300 FD, $7,600 DK) -Pastrnak($7,600 FD, $6,900 DK)
The Bruins are another great stack tonight, as they take on the Detroit Red Wings. Boston has dominated the Wings in recent matchups. In the last 3 games vs Detroit, Boston is 3-0-0 while averaging 4.00 goals per game. To go a bit further, in their last 10 games vs Detroit, Boston is 8-1-1, while averaging 3.80 goals per game. The Bruins have been on fire recently going 8-1-1 in their last 10 games. With Marchand still serving his 5 game suspension, Danton Heinen is replacing him on the top line, and first power play unit. Pastrnak is on an 8 game point streak, Bergeron has points in 7 of the last 8 games, and Heinen is coming off a 2 assist game playing on this line. Bergeron has averaged a point a game vs Detroit this season and last season, while Pastrnak has averaged over a point per game vs Detroit in that span. With how well Boston is playing, and how they own Detroit, look for them to once again score 3+ goals tonight and this line should be able to do very well.
San Jose Sharks
Hertl($5,300 FD, $5,000 DK)- Couture($7,100 FD, $6,700 DK) - Labanc($4,400 FD, $4,800 DK)
Tuuka Rask ($9,400 FD, $8,300 DK) Tuuka Rask is tonight’s top goalie option vs Detroit. In his last 6 games vs Detroit, Rask is 5-0-1, while allowing only 12 goals in those 6 games. Rask is on a 7 game win streak, and has not allowed more than 2 goals in six consecutive games. Boston has been on fire, while Detroit has been struggling lately and those struggles should continue tonight. Look for Boston to win tonight, and Rask should have a good game.
Connor Hellebuyck ($8,400 FD, $8,500 DK) Hellebuyck is enjoying himself a very good season, and is a very good option tonight vs Arizona. Hellebuyck is 27-6-8 with a 2.30 GAA, and is a big reason why the Jets are having such a good season. He gets to take on the Coyotes, who have scored the second fewest goals this season. The Jets have had a lot of success recently vs Arizona, going 3-0-0 in their last three games vs Arizona. Hellebuyck should be able to dominate tonight and get the win. Start him with confidence, and he has major shutout upside.
Sleeper Goalie: Martin Jones/ Aaron Dell ($8,300/8,300 FD, $7,900/7,700 DK)
