Shinsuke Nakamura is the best entertainer WWE has at present. Nakamura as a villain is doing an outstanding job. He is the reason, why people love to watch SmackDown Live. He has competed in several pro-wrestling promotions across the globe and has been a Champion worldwide. In WWE, he is currently feuding with AJ Styles for the WWE Championship. Let us understand, why he should be the next WWE Champion.

Nakamura is a former two-time NXT Champion in the WWE. Ever since he made his debut on SmackDown, he became a superstar overnight. His unique entrance, combined with his on-screen persona along with his peculiar wrestling moves, segregates him from the rest of the roster. It made him a larger than life personality for his fans.

Nakamura won the 30 man Royal Rumble match in 2018. He became the first person ever to enter at number 14 and went on to win the match. Nakamura thus got the privilege to face AJ Styles for the WWE Championship at WrestleMania 34. Although he lost the match, the fans got to see a new villainous Shinsuke Nakamura. He delivered a low-blow to Styles after the match and eventually turned a heel.

The duo again collided in the Greatest Royal Rumble PPV, but the match ended in a double count-out. Meanwhile, Nakamura kept on delivering the low blow to Styles and also Kinshasa repeatedly, week after week on SmackDown. At the Backlash PPV, they both faced each other once more, but the match ended in a draw and the title didn't change hands.

The rivalry continued and Nakamura and Styles collided once more on the May 15th episode of SmackDown. The winner of that match was supposed to select the stipulation for their final title match at the Money in the Bank PPV. Nakamura won the contest and decided to have a Last Man Standing match for the WWE Championship at the PPV.

Nakamura should win this match and become the next WWE Champion. By now, he has known AJ Styles inside out (having faced him so many times) and can predict AJ's wrestling style. Styles might be an innovative brawler, but Nakamura can anticipate Style's signature moves. Also, the stipulation- Last Man Standing, is his choice. Therefore, Styles will be entering Nakamura's playground to defeat him.

Also, Styles will have the pressure of a Champion. Nakamura can wrestle in a relaxed manner as he won't have much to lose. He has previously defeated legends like John Cena, Randy Orton who are veterans in the WWE. Thus, defeating AJ Styles wouldn't be too difficult for him.

Nakamura is street-smart and knows how to turn situations to his favor. The last man standing matches are highly unpredictable and AJ Styles would have to be extremely careful to not try any stunts, which might cost him his Championship. Nakamura is the best villain in the WWE currently and he would go to any lengths, to grab the WWE title.

Also, it would be highly beneficial for WWE is Nakamura wins the WWE Championship. He is a global superstar and fans across the world love his villainous attitude. If he wins the title, it would pop up the ratings of the PPV and also garner high viewership to SmackDown. WWE fans would be eager to see a new story-lines and feuds, with Shinsuke Nakamura as their Champion.

In light of the above factors, it is very probable that Nakamura could become the next WWE Champion. He has all the ingredients to become a world-class Champion. He can become one of the greatest WWE Champions of all time. It would be 'best for business' and we would love to see it happen on 17th of June, at the Money in the Bank Pay-Per-View.
