The World Championships in any pro-wrestling industry is extremely precious and wining any one of them often alters the careers of several wrestlers. However, some wrestlers have won more than one world title and has etched their name forever in history. Here are those wrestlers who happened to have won the Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW) and the World Heavyweight Championship in WWE.

Kane

Kane won the ECW Championship at WrestleMania 24 defeating Chavo Guerrero. He had the title in his possession for 13 weeks before losing it to Mark Henry. However, he won the World Heavyweight Championship when he cashed in his Money in the Bank contract (which he won earlier) on Rey Mysterio at the Money in the Bank PPV in 2010. Thus he was one of those few wrestlers who had the privilege of holding both the prestigious titles in his career.

Christian

Christian defeated Jack Swagger at the Back Lash PPV in 209, to win the ECW World Championship. It was a monumental win for him. But, there was much more in his stock when he won the World Heavyweight Championship twice in 2011 at the Extreme Rules and in Money in the Bank PPV. He was a technician and was fabulous as a Champion. WWE Universe loved his reign in both the Championship reigns.

Big Show

The 'Giant' Big Show laid his hands on both the ECW and the World Heavyweight Championship. He won the ECW title from RVD in an Extreme rules match. He held the title for 152 days and lost it to Bobby Lashely at December to Dismember PPV.

Big Show won the World Heavyweight Championship twice. At first he defeated Mark Henry and second time he won it against Sheamus. However, his title reigns weren't that long but was perhaps the heaviest person to hold both the titles in WWE history.

CM Punk

CM Punk has truckloads of achievements on his resume. He won the ECW World Champion by defeating Johnny Nitro and was the champion for 143 days before losing it to Chavo Guerrero. He was outstanding on the microphone and could pull out any moves at any instant.

CM Punk won the World Heavyweight Championship thrice. Twice he won it by cashing in his Money in the Bank contract. He knew to pull out 5 star matches and was an excellent Champion material. He was perhaps the best wrestler in this list who held both the world titles.

Jack Swagger

Swagger became the ECW Champion in 2009 when he defeated Matt Hardy. He was given the push and Vince McMahon felt he could be the next top guy in this business. He was also given the pursuit for the World Heavyweight Championship as he cashed in his Money in the Bank briefcase. However, he failed to capitalize on the opportunities and was never a successful champion in WWE.

Mark Henry

Mark Henry had the size but not the moves or the agility or the charisma to be a world Champion. He won the ECW Champion at the Night Of Champions PPV by defeating Kane and the Big Show in a triple threat match. He lost the title to Matt Hardy in a Championship scramble match.

Mark Henry defeated Randy Orton to win the World Heavyweight Championship. However, once he lost the title he was never given another opportunity to fight for the gold. He failed to fulfill the expectations of the company as the Champion and was thus not the best of World Champions in WWE.
