Top 10 NFL Teams Entering Week 7
Who are the top 10 teams entering Week 7 of the NFL season?
The biggest pay-per-view of the summer is here and the card looks stacked. SummerSlam is considered one of the major PPVs of WWE, so expect some shocks, a lot of matches, and a few title changes. Some of the matches have not been confirmed that I have listed but are reported to occur. I will predict the match card outcomes for the PPV but of course the card is subject to change.
Cedric Alexander (c) vs Drew Gulak Cruiserweight Championship
This match may end up on the pre-show but it should be a good match. Cedric Alexander has been champion since WrestleMania, which means it may be time to take the title off him at the SummerSlam. I think Drew Gulak wins the match.
Prediction: Drew Gulak wins and becomes new Cruiserweight Champion
Finn Balor vs Baron Corbin
This feud has been going on for a while and will continue at SummerSlam. I have a feeling we will see the Demon King come out and will finally end this feud with Corbin. I predict Balor winning this match and will move on to a feud for the IC title in the near future.
Prediction: Finn Balor wins the match
Rusev and Lana vs Andrade “Cien” Almas and Zelina Vega
This feud has been entertaining with Lana and Zelina going after each other on social media. Rusev and Andrade are two guys that are over with the fans and I think this could be an entertaining match. Andrade Almas looks to be a main eventer and he should get a push in the near future. I think Aiden English interferes and costs Rusev and Lana the match. I am going with Almas and Vega getting the win.
Prediction: Andrade Almas and Zelina Vega get the win
The B-Team (c) vs The Revival vs Deleter of Worlds Raw Tag Team Championship
The B-Team won the tag team titles from the Deleter of Worlds at Extreme Rules in what was a shocking turn of events. The Revival defeated the Deleter of Worlds on Raw which should include them in the match for a tag team title shot. This match will likely be a three-way tag team match and it could be a good match. I think the B-Team will retain and win the match.
Prediction: The B-Team win and retain
Alexa Bliss (c) vs Ronda Rousey Raw Women’s Championship
The build to this match actually started a couple months ago at Money In The Bank where Alexa Bliss won the MITB contract and interfered in a match between Nia Jax and Ronda Rousey. Bliss cost Rousey the title and cashed in to become the Raw Women’s Champion by pinning Nia Jax. The build has been very entertaining with Bliss’ mic skills and Rousey’s take everyone down attitude. Mickie James will likely try and get involved to help Bliss and Natalya will help Rousey. The only way I see Bliss retain is if Natalya double crosses Rousey but I predict we will see a new champion with Rousey locking in her armbar and making Bliss tap.
Prediction: Ronda Rousey wins and becomes new Raw Women’s Champion
Carmella (c) vs Becky Lynch vs Charlotte Flair SmackDown Women’s Championship
It is about time Becky Lynch gets a title shot. Lynch has been on fire lately, winning matches week after week on SmackDown. Charlotte Flair got added to the match by defeating Carmella on SmackDown. I kinda wish WWE left Charlotte out of this match but she really had nothing else for SummerSlam. Carmella has been getting help from James Ellsworth and that is why she is still champion. Carmella has the mic skills but lacks in-ring talent. I have a feeling Carmella’s time is up and Becky Lynch will win this triple threat match.
Prediction: Becky Lynch wins and becomes new SmackDown Women’s Champion
Braun Strowman vs Kevin Owens (Money In The Bank contract)
These two had a cage match at Extreme Rules which lead to Braun Strowman throwing Kevin Owens off the top of the cage but Owens won the match due to that move. This feud has been one of the best in WWE this summer and they both work so well together both in the ring and on the mic. WWE has built it up where it seems likely that KO will win via a DQ, count out, or some other way. This makes me think Strowman will win and it makes no sense to hault Strowman’s momentum.
Prediction: Braun Strowman wins the match and keeps the briefcase
Daniel Bryan vs The Miz
This feud is one of the most anticipated feuds in recent WWE history. This match has been building up for now two years and it should be a great match. On one hand you have one of the most over guy with the fans in WWE history in Daniel Bryan taking on one of the greatest heels in WWE history with The Miz. This match could be a show stealer and is a match of the year contender. I predict the good guy finally defeats the bad guy in what has been two years in the making. Daniel Bryan should make Miz tap out and win the match.
Prediction: Daniel Bryan wins the match
Shinsuke Nakamura (c) vs Jeff Hardy vs Randy Orton US Championship
Shinsuke Nakamura defeated Jeff Hardy for the US Title at Extreme Rules and then Randy Orton came back and turned heel and attacked Hardy. This could be a good match but Jeff Hardy has been dealing with multiple injuries. I still think this will be one of the better matches of the night. I do not see Hardy winning and with Orton turning heel, I can see him challenge for the WWE Title in the near future. Nakamura should retain and have a somewhat lengthy title reign.
Prediction: Shinsuke Nakamura wins and retains
Dolph Ziggler (c) vs Seth Rollins Intercontinental Championship
This has been a very good feud with some of the best matches of the year. Seth Rollins has been the best wrestler of 2018 thus far and Dolph Ziggler can really hold his own in the ring. This could be the match of the night and another classic between these two. I am going with Ziggler retaining once again against Rollins. I think the person to beat Ziggler for the IC title will be either Drew McIntyre or Finn Balor.
Prediction: Dolph Ziggler wins and retains
AJ Styles (c) vs Samoa Joe WWE Championship
This will be another great match, with two of the best in-ring performers the WWE has to offer. These two have had some great matches before in TNA. AJ Styles has been a real champion, constantly defending his title. This could be another show stealer and match of the year contender. I think WWE is going to keep the title on Styles, possibly till WrestleMania and therefore, I think Styles retains the title in what should be a great match.
Prediction: AJ Styles wins and retains his title
Brock Lesnar (c) vs Roman Reigns Universal Championship
Well, once again we will get another match between Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns. It is almost certain that Lesnar is leaving the WWE after SummerSlam to go to the UFC which means we should be getting a new Universal Champion at SummerSlam, whether it be Roman Reigns, Braun Strowman, or Kevin Owens. I think WWE will finally have Reigns beat Lesnar, which Reigns more than deserves the win. Whether Strowman or KO cash in after or during the match is yet to be seen but it could very well happen. As for this match, I think Reigns finally defeats Lesnar.
Prediction: Roman Reigns wins and is new Universal Champion
